Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

Wholesale Hotel Pillows supplies commercial-grade bedding, pillows, and bath products to hotels, healthcare providers, and short-term rental operators. Due to the wholesale and commercial nature of our products, our returns policy differs from standard retail. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. All orders are final once confirmed. We strongly encourage you to request a sample before committing to a bulk order if you are unsure of the product specifications.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or contains incorrect items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window cannot be accepted.

To lodge a claim, please email us at orders@wholesalehotelpillows.com.au with the following:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items
• Photographs of the outer packaging (if damaged in transit)

We will assess your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Custom Branded Orders

All custom branding orders — including embroidery, woven labels, and printed packaging — are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced. Please review all proofs and specifications carefully before approving your custom order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
