Shipping is quoted separately for each order based on destination, pack sizes, and total weight. Once your order is confirmed, our team will provide you with a shipping quote before dispatch. In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours. Custom orders have a 2–3 week lead time. Estimated delivery times once dispatched: Australia 1–5 business days, New Zealand 2–10 days, Asia 5–14 days, Europe and North America 7–14+ days.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns on bulk orders. If items arrive damaged or incorrect, please report this within 48 hours of delivery with photos to orders@wholesalehotelpillows.com.au and we will arrange a resolution.
